Casting equipment

The company has 2 sets of 1.5-ton, 3.0-ton and 5.0-ton medium-frequency induction furnaces, 3 sets of 12-ton medium-frequency induction furnaces, 2 sets of 300 horizontal centrifuges, 2 sets of 500 horizontal centrifuges, 1 set of 800 horizontal centrifuges and 1 set of 1000 horizontal centrifuges, which provide equipment guarantee for the production of high quality products.

 

smelting equipment

The company has 30 tons of electric arc furnace, 45/70 tons of LF-VD furnace and 10 tons, 15 tons of electroslag remelting furnace. All smelting furnaces are automatically controlled by PLC, in good working condition, equipped with perfect smoke and dust removal equipment. The raw materials into the furnace are strictly controlled, the smelting process for precise composition control, while equipped with a sound refining process.

 

Forging equipment

The company has a 45MN hydraulic press, which can ensure sufficient forging ratio and deformation of forged steel rolls.

 

 

Heat treatment equipment

The company has 12 high, medium and low temperature trolley resistance furnaces, 2 differential temperature heat treatment furnaces, 1 dual-frequency quenching machine, 8 spray quenching machines, 1 high-frequency strengthening equipment and 2 cold treatment tanks. All heat treatment furnaces are controlled by computer, and the unevenness of furnace temperature is less than 10 ℃, so as to ensure the uniformity of roll hardness.

 

Machining Equipment

The company has 4 horizontal numerical control lathes, 25 ordinary horizontal lathes, 2 numerical control grinding machines, 4 gantry gun beds, 2 vertical lathes and more than 30 other processing equipment, which can meet the production requirements of various high-precision special processing roll products.

 

Testing equipment

The company is equipped with one German Oxford direct reading spectrometer, one infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer, three workpiece metallographic microscopes, one desktop microscope, four Shore hardness testers, two Leeb hardness testers, two digital ultrasonic flaw detectors and one tensile testing machine. Sophisticated testing equipment and perfect quality assurance system to ensure that each factory products can meet customer requirements.
