3, through communication with users, understand the use of rolls, develop a reasonable roll process, so that the indicators can meet the needs of rolling.

4, in the roll production process through the following methods to strictly control the process and roll finished product quality, the purpose is to ensure that the roll chemical composition, hardness, working layer thickness, hardness drop, tensile strength, processing size, surface finish, steel and other indicators to meet the drawings, technical agreements and rolling requirements:

Use spectrometer, carbon and sulfur analyzer and chemical analysis to control the chemical composition of raw materials, smelting process and roll products to ensure compliance with roll process requirements;

The use of Shore hardness tester control roll hardness in line with the requirements of the roll process;

The use of ultrasonic flaw detector to control the thickness of the working layer of the roll and the quality of the bonding layer meet the requirements of the roll process;

Use universal mechanical testing machine to test the tensile strength of the roll to ensure that it meets the requirements of the roll process;

Use vernier caliper, micrometer, depth gauge, roughness tester, etc. to ensure that the size and surface finish of the roll meet the requirements of the roll drawing;

Through reasonable packaging to ensure that the roll is not damaged during transportation and storage and does not rust within one year.

5. If there is a roll accident during the rolling process, please contact our company in time. Our company will make a solution within 24 hours and arrive at the scene within 2 days to analyze the cause of the accident.

6. Technical personnel regularly communicate with users, track product usage, and continuously improve product quality.
